As part of the WWDC22 opening keynote, he said as much Apple very much. We saw the presentation of the company's new operating systems, we were also introduced to the new M2 chip that beats in the new MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Even so, many of the presented things may have appeared to the user Androidwith the somewhat familiar. Here you will find 6 things that Apple announced at WWDC 2022 and Google has previously added them to Androidu.

Lock screen and customization

No Allways On at all, but the ability to customize your lock screen entirely to your preferences, from multiple clock styles, fonts, colors, etc. You can even set different lock screens here and just switch between them depending on what your Focus mode is set to. Widgets are also available here.

Google introduced lock screen widgets in the system Android 4.2, that is, almost ten years ago, but not long after that they were in the system Android 5.0 Lollipop cancelled. However, Samsung still offers a similar feature, even though it is no longer part of the system Android but its One UI extensions. Assuming the widgets are actually useful, it's very likely that a similar feature will be rolled out in the next few years to Androidu will return

Shared photo libraries

One of the best features of Google Photos is the ability to share albums with other people who can add their own photos to one. They also include the option of automatically sharing photos containing certain faces to designated albums. IN iOS 16, Photos on iCloud will get a similar function, although typically "Apple" appropriately expanded.

Users will be able to create a separate shared iCloud photo library for up to six users. Each photo added to the group's library is then available to everyone you share it with, including the ability to edit or delete it. Users will be able to import photos manually, but there will also be suggestions for adding photos containing, for example, the faces of group members. Interestingly, the camera app in iOS 16 will also contain a pointer that will send the captured photos directly to this group library.

Mail improvements

Apple announced that its Mail will receive a number of improvements across all operating systems. After sending an e-mail, you will be able to cancel it, there is no shortage of scheduling to send e-mails, as well as setting them to be re-delivered at a time when you have time for them. Of course it is Apple it didn't discover America because Gmail has been providing these features for years.

You have been able to cancel sending an email on the website for more than 10 years, when, of course, later the function also made its way into the mobile application. In 2018, Google introduced the function of e-mail reminders, and a year later, the scheduling of their sending also came.

Apple Maps and multi-stop support

If you in Apple You plan a route on the maps, so you can now enter multiple stops. Of course, Google Maps can do this as well, since 2016. However, it allows you to add 9 more points, whereas Apple of course, it has to go further, which is why it can work with up to 15 stops. But there is more news in Maps.

The company has worked on bases in big cities, trying to provide a really high-quality experience. However, the Czech Republic has not yet been included in the list. Newly with iOS 16 will also be able to add new ticket cards to the Wallet, monitor the balance, top up credit and find out how much one trip cost you - all this directly in Maps.

Dictation punctuation and emoticons

Apple v iOS 16 improves the dictation feature, allowing users to enter and edit text using the on-screen keyboard and voice input simultaneously. In a system Android, if you touch the keyboard during voice input, the device will already assume that you have finished speaking and turn off the microphone.

Dictation iOS 16

Dictation in the system iOS it also adopts functions that were first shown in the Pixel 6. It automatically adds punctuation, so you no longer need to pronounce "comma" and allows you to dictate emoji (e.g. "laughing emoji"). But as you can probably guess, this function will not be available for domestic iPhone owners at first.

A workout experience without a watch

Google has Google Fit, Apple I have health. But health is not about exercise, until now Apple pioneered that it is used for exercise Apple Watch. Now it is changing this strategy and will bring a full-fledged Kondice application for iPhones, which you will not need to use Apple Watch.

Condition ios 16

The Fitness application can then help you achieve your training goals, even without a wearable device on your hand. Data from your iPhone's motion sensors, the number of steps you take, the distance you walk, and training logs from third-party apps now estimate how many calories you've burned and count toward your daily exercise goal.
