The Chinese predator Realme is going to introduce its new flagship GT12 Explorer Master on July 2. Apart from the fact that it will be one of the first phones to run on Qualcomm's new high-end chip Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, it will be the world's first smartphone using LPDDR5X operating memory.

LPDDR5X memories offer data throughput of up to 8,5 GB/s, which is 2,1 GB/s more than LPDDR5 memories, and also consume 20% less power. Realme also revealed that the GT2 Explorer Master will have a 10-bit display supporting the HDR10+ standard and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen (reportedly 6,7 inches) will also have 16k levels of auto-brightness for eye protection and an ultra-thin bottom bezel (specifically 2,37mm thick).

Otherwise, the smartphone should be equipped with up to 12 GB of operating and up to 256 GB of internal memory, a triple camera with a 50 MPx main sensor and optical image stabilization and a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 100 W. If it will also be available in Europe, it is not unknown at this point, hopefully we'll find out next week.
