Samsung has also added two new gestures to the Labs section: swipe for multitasking and swipe for pop-up view. One UI 5.0 also shows currently active apps in the quick settings area. In addition, the speed and fluidity of animations and transitions have been improved (see video above). The new version of the add-on is said not to bring so many new functions, more of them should be brought (along with major design changes) by version 5.1, apparently planned for the beginning of next year.
