Users of the WhatsApp communication platform can now respond to messages using all available emoticons. Meta has thus expanded the popular feature and people will be able to respond to messages using a whole range of emoticons. So far, reactions using the thumbs up, heart, please emoticon, laughing, surprised and crying emoticons have been available in the chat.

Just two months after the launch of quick reactions, Meta comes with their extension. The user-favorite function will now offer reactions with all emoticons. The new feature is currently only available for mobile phone users, but reactions should soon be available for the desktop version as well. The head of Meta company Mark Zuckerberg announced in a Facebook status that his new favorite reactions include fries, surfing and fist emoticons.

Users of the application will be able to choose different skin tones for individual emoticons and for reasons of 100% correctness. Like personal chats and calls, WhatsApp responses are secured with end-to-end encryption.
