Galaxy The Z Fold4 is the result of a number of innovative solutions and is the most powerful phone in the company's history. In the Z Fold4 model, you should find the best of Samsung's mobile technology in an attractive and functional package - it does a great job in the open and closed state, or in Flex mode. In addition, it is the first ever device with an operating system Android 12L, which is a special version Android for large displays, i.e. also for foldable phones.
Multitasking is usually required to work effectively, and the Z Fold4 understands this much better than ordinary phones. Thanks to the new toolbar called Taskbar, the working environment resembles a computer monitor, from the main screen you can very easily access your favorite or recently used applications. Control is more intuitive than before, as new gestures have also been added. Individual applications can be opened on the entire desktop, but you can also display multiple windows side by side - it's up to you what works best for you.

Samsung's partnership with Google and Microsoft takes multitasking to an even higher level. Applications from Google, such as Chrome or Gmail, now support dragging and dropping of files and other objects, which means, among other things, that it is easier to copy or move links, photos and other content between individual applications. Thanks to the integration of Google Meet, users can also meet virtually and undertake various activities, for example watching YouTube videos together or playing games. Even office programs from Microsoft Office or Outlook perform well on the large folding display – more information is displayed on the display and the content is easier to work with. The ability to use the S Pen touch pen also contributes to easier multitasking, thanks to which you can easily handwrite notes or draw sketches on the screen.

Of course, top-quality photos and video recordings will also please you Galaxy The Z Fold4 manages thanks to an improved camera with 50 megapixels and a wide-angle lens. A number of photo and camera modes using a folding structure have been added to the functional equipment, such as Capture View, Dual Preview (dual preview) or Rear Cam Selfie, or the possibility of taking selfies with the camera on the back. The photos are clear and sharp even in the dark or at night, thanks mainly to the larger dimensions of the individual pixels and the 23 percent brighter sensor.
Improved functionality
On the main display with a diagonal of 7,6 inches or 19,3 cm, the image looks excellent, its quality is also helped by the refresh rate of 120 Hz and a less visible camera under the display. The large display is of course indicative of Facebook and other social networks, or popular streaming services such as Netflix. You can watch movies, series and other content without holding the phone in your hands - again, Flex mode will do the trick. For applications that are not optimized for the large, unfolded display, the device can be controlled using the new Flex Mode Touchpad virtual touchpad. This significantly improves accuracy, for example, when playing or rewinding videos, or when zooming in applications in Flex mode.

Also, gaming has become significantly faster thanks to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and 5G connection. In addition, the front display is easier to play with one hand thanks to a thinner hinge, lower overall weight and thinner bezels. The frames and the hinge cover are made of Armor Aluminum, the front display and the back are covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. The main display is also more durable than before thanks to an improved layered structure that effectively absorbs shocks. The waterproof standard IPX8 is not missing.
