Xiaomi recently introduced its new flagship called the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, which boldly competes with its specifications Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra. While it initially seemed like the phone would be exclusive to the Chinese market, that might not be the case after all.
According to Xiaomi leaker Mukul Sharma, the 12S Ultra could hit international markets before too long. Just to remind you: the smartphone was launched in China at the beginning of July, and Xiaomi has not even hinted that it should target other markets. While this is certainly positive news for European and other fans of the brand, it must be taken with a grain of salt as the phone's global model number has yet to surface.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra boasts a 6,73-inch AMOLED display with 2K (1440 x 3200 px) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1500 nits peak brightness. The back side is covered with ecological leather. The phone is powered by Qualcomm's current flagship chip Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, seconded by 8 or 12 GB of operating system and 256 or 512 GB of internal memory.
The camera is triple with a resolution of 50, 48 and 48 MPx, with the second serving as a periscopic lens (with 5x optical zoom) and the third as a "wide-angle" (with a very wide angle of view of 128 °). The rear photo array is completed by a ToF 3D sensor, and all cameras boast optics from Leica. The front camera has a resolution of 32 MPx. The equipment includes an under-display fingerprint reader, an infrared port or stereo speakers. There is also increased resistance according to the IP68 standard.
The battery has a capacity of 4860 mAh and supports 67W fast wired charging, 50W fast wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. Software-wise, the device is built on Androidu 12 and the MIUI 13 superstructure. Pretty solid parameters, what do you say?
I don't think this is a rival to the S22 Ultra. In addition, the "Chinese" lacks one essential component, and that is the touch pen built into the body of the phone. Because the S Pen is what makes the Ultra Ultra.
Moron..., look at Xiaomi's parameters and its main weapon in the form of a Snapdragon processor, with which it rips apart all the S22 Ultra crap for the European market with its crappy Exynos 2200. And if you can't imagine what the Chinese have, then you're an Ultra Moron. You can stick the AS Pen in your ass. It will definitely be quite warm from the Exynos 2200
Why such harsh words? Because of the cell phone? interestingly
Because the crappy Chinese from Xiaomi with the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor is much cheaper than the crap from Samsung in the form of the S22 Ultra with a crappy, crappy Exynos 2200 for 38 thousand with which Samsung does not even touch the Chinese ankles. So only a complete fool can claim that it is not competition for Samsung. On the contrary… the crap in the form of the S22 Ultra is no competition for the Chinese. So if Xiaomi's 12S Ultra does make it to Europe, Samsung will stomp not into the country, but deep into the ground in sales of its phone as Xiaomi's flagship.
So considering that with all the bonuses, the S22 Ultra cost me 9000Kc in February, I think that this Chinese toy from Xiaomi, which without the S Pen is only intended as a toy for children, has no chance
Yes, but here it is a classic retail price, without bonuses, where due to the best possible technical equipment on the market, where there is nothing better, the price is much lower than that of a sleazy Korean in the form of the S22 Ultra, which constantly crashes and overheats with their by the sleazy Exynos 2200 processor. By the way, the price of 38 with VAT is the price of the S22 Ultra 512GB without bonuses. And congratulations on buying a piece of crap for NOK 9000, because that's the real value of this phone.
What is the poor guy writing this disgusting crap? Buran, shut up and don't mess around!!! You have a pumpkin IQ, judging by your beautiful expressions...
Only a mentally disturbed individual can go into the personal plane because of the phone.
Let everyone buy what they need or what they like. It is common knowledge that China is cheap despite using top HW and if someone wants to use their products then that's fine. Samsung's policy is also a mystery to me, but I've been using their flagships for many years without the slightest problem, so I have no reason to switch elsewhere just yet.
Just write your own opinion, so maybe some zebra won't curse. The S22 Ultra has no competition because its zoom is simply timeless. If a better phone comes along, I'll admit it. But it's definitely not 12 ultra. Even if the 1" sensor is certainly excellent, as I said, it just doesn't match the Samsung zoom 🙂
