Samsung Galaxy The Buds2 Pro are great headphones. They are the perfect size, sound great, have very strong ANC and just look better than the last generation. But by default, they lack an intuitive way to adjust their volume without having to reach for your phone. Here's how to turn this option on.

Headphones Galaxy Buds2 Pro allow you to adjust the volume by tapping the edge of the headphones: two quick taps on the left will decrease the volume by one level, two taps on the right will increase it. In fact, this feature is not limited to the latest Samsung headphones, it is also available on the first ones Galaxy Buds Pro a Galaxy Buds2. But if you're not the type to poke around in settings menus, you won't even come across this option.

How to set the volume control to Galaxy Buds2 Pro

  • Open the application Galaxy Wearable.
  • If you are in the interface Galaxy Watch, get down switch to headphones.
  • Scroll down and choose Headphone settings.
  • Select an option here Labs.
  • Select an option Tapping the edge of the handset.

Here you already have the function explained and also shown how it actually works. But don't completely follow it, because Samsung has a bit of margin here. You'd actually be more likely to skip a track this way. The function works very reliably and rarely triggers randomly, you just have to find the right stylus. Then, if you want to drastically change the volume, you can use repeated taps on the earpiece until you reach the desired level.
