If you're interested in Samsung's new premium phone, you have some interesting options this year. The line disappeared Galaxy Note and in its place, Samsung has given us two premium devices with S Pen support, namely Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy From Fold4. Despite this common element, these two phones could not be more different. So which one is right for you? If you haven't decided yet, we might be able to help you.

Reasons to buy Galaxy From Fold4 instead Galaxy S22Ultra

Galaxy The Z Fold4 is Samsung's most ambitious smartphone to date, unlike anything you've experienced before. That is, of course, provided that you have not used any folding device before. It's basically a 7,6-inch tablet with a second external display that has a standard smartphone user interface.

It's ideal for anyone who wants their mobile device to do better with advanced multitasking and productivity capabilities, complete with the S Pen (but sold separately). Galaxy The Z Fold4 is intended for users who want to try out the latest technology and see what the future will look like, as well as for those of you who feel that the high-end mobile phone market has nothing more to offer.

There's no denying that the form factor is the phone's most attractive feature. It is an excellent choice for consuming multimedia and applications on the go. System Android In addition, the 12L and One UI 4.1.1 user interface maximize the potential of the foldable display with new desktop-level features, multi-window capabilities and a useful taskbar, as well as the original Flex mode.

And finally, there is Qualcomm's chipset, specifically Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, worldwide, so here too. Although the device has a smaller battery than Galaxy The S22 Ultra can somehow perform better on a full charge, probably thanks to better thermal management, which is actually based on the size of the device, more efficient SoC technology and a dual battery system. It's simply a versatile phone that makes almost no compromises due to its foldable shape.

Galaxy The S22 Ultra is Samsung's best classic smartphone to date. It lacks the flexibility offered by the Fold, but it makes up for it mainly with its camera and the fact that it comes with an S Pen integrated into its body. 108 MPx wide-angle camera, telephoto lens with 10x periscope zoom and 40 MPx selfie camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) clearly surpasses the standard cameras present in the line Galaxy S, which Fold4 just received and, last but not least, offers even higher resistance with better screen protection than it has Galaxy ZFold4.

Overall, you can Galaxy Recommend the S22 Ultra to Samsung customers who want the best mobile camera and solid construction proven over the years, which the Ultra received from its predecessor in the form of the Note models. So it's also probably the best alternative for fans of this discontinued line looking for a new S Pen flagship. And of course it's cheaper than Galaxy From Fold4. Unfortunately, the controversial Exynos 2200 slows it down a bit here.

You should buy Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy From Fold4 or neither?

If you're a fan of the S Pen and don't want to make any compromises, then you may already know the answer, or you already have it. However, if you are considering the purchase of a new machine, you should keep in mind that Galaxy The S23 Ultra will arrive in half a year, so it's up to you whether it's worth investing in the one introduced in February right now Galaxy S22 Ultra. Otherwise, if you would like to own a foldable phone, Galaxy Z Fold4 has just arrived in sharp sales, and the successor will be received in a year at the earliest, so at least in terms of timeliness it is a better investment, although of course also a bigger expenditure of money.

Simply: Galaxy The S22 Ultra may be a more practical choice thanks to its lower price, better cameras and integrated S Pen. However, keep in mind that it is roughly half a year old and Galaxy The Z Fold4 offers newer software, a large internal display and a better chipset. It also works as a tablet, making it more suitable for playing games, editing documents, watching movies, browsing the web and general media consumption. The tax for this is not only a higher price, but also a greater thickness and, of course, weight. So which one do you choose?

However, there is one more way, which we do not want to recommend completely, but it is quite objective to mention it. Performance iPhone 14 phones is just around the corner, and it is clear that this series will be the biggest competition for both Samsung models. Since the launch is already scheduled for September 7th, it might be worth waiting that week to see what's going on Apple pulls out. However, it should not be a revolution, rather it will just be a normal evolutionary improvement.
