As you probably know from our previous articles, Samsung's new flexible phone Galaxy From Fold4 is the first device that runs on Androidat 12L. Now the system, together with the One UI 4.1.1 superstructure, began to be received by tablets of the current Samsung flagship series Galaxy Tab S8. The first relevant update arrived in Europe and South Korea.
In Europe, the update has s Androidem 12L and One UI 4.1.1 firmware version X70xBXXU2AVH2 (Galaxy Tab S8), X80xBXXU2AVH5 (Galaxy Tab S8 +) to X90xBXXU2AVH2 (Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra). It is specifically designed for their cellular and Wi-Fi variants. It's over 2GB in size and includes last month's security patch.

Update with Androidem 12L brings the same main panel that debuted on the new Fold. It stays at the bottom of the screen and offers faster navigation between apps and more efficient multitasking. Allows apps to open in split screen or popup screen mode. It can also be used to pin and open the most frequently used app pairs. With One UI 4.1.1, users can Galaxy Tab S8 extract text from any image or translate it into another language. Currently supported languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean and Chinese.

The extension also comes with a feature that allows users to set a different caller background for each contact. The Samsung keyboard got more emoticons, stickers and kaomoji. The My Files application has also been improved, which now allows you to search informace in files. For example, you can search for a phone number and the app will show it to you, even if it's stored in an image or document. It is also possible to filter and sort the files visible on the search results page. In addition, the add-on allows you to edit the wallpaper collection for the lock screen and change the selection even after choosing a group of wallpapers for it as a background.
