Google do Androidu 12 has implemented the ability to have themed icons on the home screen that are designed to take full advantage of the Material You design language themes. IN Androidu 13 extends this feature to third-party apps. Below is a list of all the apps that currently support it.

Theme icons are designed to create a uniform look for home screen icons that matches the system theme. This feature dynamically changes their theme as the wallpaper adjusts the system colors. IN Androidin 12 it was limited only to applications that were allowed by the system, which was determined by the Pixel Launcher or the Samsung launcher. On Pixel phones, this only affected Google apps, and on Samsung devices, only its apps.

Android 13 thankfully changes this and the feature is open to third-party apps. Here is their current list:
