100 customers already use Alza for convenient delivery to all e-shop collection points. Exactly as many members are now counting the new loyalty program AlzaPlus+, which for a flat rate of 25 kroner a month provides free shipping to almost fifteen thousand delivery points, for orders starting from XNUMX kroner.
New program AlzaPlus+ he has his first significant goal. Since the end of May, when it was officially launched, 100 e-shop customers have already joined it. Thanks to the program, they can have any order delivered free of charge to AlzaBoxes, branches and AlzaPoints and to all partner collection points and boxes of Zásilkovna companies, branches of České pošta and Balíkovna or PPL Parcel shops, and thereby significantly save on transport costs, especially in the coming Christmas season .
"We are very happy that customers liked the new membership program. As a company with many years of history, we are aware of the difficult situation many of them will find themselves in before this Christmas. Since the spring, we have been gradually introducing new services that should significantly ease their worries about Christmas shopping. One of them is precisely the AlzaPlus+ program, which saves not only money for delivery, but also time spent in brick-and-mortar stores, which they can devote to their loved ones or themselves," says Petr Bena, deputy chairman of the board of Alza.cz.
The concept of the AlzaPlus+ program reflects the growing popularity of personal pickup of orders, which is now used by 85% of e-shop customers. "The Czech Republic is specific in this regard, while in Western countries, according to surveys, most shoppers choose home delivery, in the Czech Republic personal collection at pick-up points prevails. Add to that the approaching season and the likelihood of successful and timely gift delivery, and AlzaPlus+ is an ideal way to avoid pre-Christmas stress and save money at the same time,” adds Bena.
For just 25 crowns a month, the customer gets a one-year membership, and can thus shop comfortably every day. AlzaPlus+ members no longer have to deal with forgetting to add batteries to their child's toy order, and can order them separately without any worries. The number of deliveries for the duration of the membership is not capped in any way and applies to all orders without limitation. The data so far show that the vast majority of members choose the annual subscription, which is even more advantageous compared to the monthly one (CZK 59 per month).
In September, Alza also prepared special offer for VISA card holders - if during the entire month he buys goods in the e-shop for at least 1 crown and pays for them online with his payment card, he will automatically receive a monthly membership in AlzaPlus+ completely free of charge with the order.
