To make sure your phone is in top condition, you can run diagnostic tests. They will walk you through the key components of your phone and test them to see if they are working properly. Just open the Samsung Members app (download on Google Play) and follow the following steps.

After launching the Samsung Members app, tap the tab support. In the Diagnostics section, click View tests. Click on the individual icons to perform each test for that function and option separately. When you select Test everything, all tests will be performed sequentially.

Follow the on-screen instructions to test your phone's features. Throughout the process, you'll be asked to perform simple tasks such as turning on the flashlight or recording your voice to test your phone's microphone. You will also take photos with the rear and front camera. Some parts can be skipped, others must be completed. You will also be asked by the app to access Bluetooth, microphone, camera, etc.

When you're done, the sections you've successfully completed will glow blue. Click on them to view the results or take the test again. If any of the tests fail, the function icon will then glow red. Any sections you skipped or didn't complete will glow white as before the first run. Click on these icons to perform the relevant diagnostic test at any time additionally.
