Every week, slowly some non-technological event revolving around Samsung. Although it's questionable whether this news is really about technology when it stars Samsung's The Freestyle portable projector. However, it is true that it has taken on a somewhat different role than in the case of displaying some content. Here's another installment of Samsung weirdness.

What do you think about the combination of the brands Samsung and Red Bull? You might remember the Galaxy S9 Red Bull Edition, so here we have another brand collaboration with a special edition Galaxy S22? No way, Samsung just went on the Red Bull racing track. The Korean technology giant took part in the famous Red Bull Soapbox Race with its own vehicle inspired by The Freestyle projector.

If you are not familiar with this racing concept, the Red Bull Soapbox Race is a competition organized by Red Bull at least once a year. Here, amateur pilots take part in races and compete with others and the environment itself using hand-built non-motorized vehicles. It is a fun event that sparks hilarious moments and the imagination of participants who create unique vehicles to win races and win the hearts of viewers.

The Freestyle is coming

This time the Red Bull Soapbox Challenge was held in Madrid, Spain, and Samsung entered the race with its three-wheeled Freestyle vehicle. Although there is a large mockup of the projector on the back, the lights of the vehicle are the real ones. In addition to participating in the Soapbox Race, Samsung also acted as its sponsor. After all, the winner just received a "larger than life" size model of the projector. Javier Martínez, Marketing Director of Samsung Electronics Iberia, said: "With Red Bull, we share a passion for providing consumers with fun and surprising experiences that allow them to enjoy themselves to the fullest." This is definitely fun.
