Here is a list of Samsung devices that received a software update during the week of October 10-14. Particulary speaking about Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A52, Galaxy From Fold3, Galaxy From Fold4 a Galaxy Note10 Lite.

Samsung has started issuing the October security patch to all the mentioned phones. For series models Galaxy The S20 carries an updated firmware version G98xFXXSFFVIB (4G variants) a G98xBXXSFFVIB (5G variant) and was the first to arrive in, among others, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Hungary, in Galaxy S21 FE version G990BXXS2CVI5 and it was the first to be available here, in Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Serbia or Švýcarsku, u Galaxy A53 5G version A536BXXS4AVJ1 and was the first to arrive in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Croatia, Italy or Great Britain, u Galaxy A52 version A525FXXS4BVI3 and was the first to be made available in Russia, u Galaxy From Foldu3 version F926BXXS2CVIG and was the first to "land" in India, u Galaxy From Foldu4 version F936BXXS1AVJ3 and was the first to arrive in Israel and Galaxy Note10 Lite version N770FXXS8GVI2 and was the first to be available in France.

The new security patch fixes over five dozen vulnerabilities, with one marked as critical and 31 as highly dangerous. In particular, bugs that allowed unauthorized users to access call information, phone serial number, configuration data, and secure memory contents were fixed and allowed them to perform malicious actions. Some other exploits, on the other hand, allowed unauthorized persons to gain access to the device's MAC address via Bluetooth and execute code.
