Superstructure Androidu 13 in the form of Samsung's One UI 5.0 interface will arrive on his device Galaxy quite soon. And according to the South Korean giant, we have a lot to look forward to, as it will be "the most personalized experience yet". We have to give him credit, because the upcoming upgrades look just great.

  • Samsung One UI 5.0 s Androidem 13 will arrive in the following weeks (by the end of October).
  • The update will bring a number of new features that will provide users with a completely personalized experience along with improved security measures.
  • One UI 5.0 also brings tools to reduce the number of widgets cluttering your screen along with device switching for your Galaxy Buds.

Lifestyle

In the new update, Routines will be introduced, i.e. sequences of actions that you will be able to trigger based on your activities. In addition, it will allow users to create their own settings at different times of their lives. As an example, if you're going for a run, you'll probably want to mute those notifications so you can fully tune in to just the motivational music.

However, the new operating system update will also offer users a significantly redesigned look. Samsung says the new user interface should feel more welcoming and fluid, while providing bolder and simpler app icons to go with the new color schemes. The software also brings improved notifications that should be more intuitive and effortlessly readable at a glance. The adjustments also affected the pop-up buttons for calls, i.e. receiving and rejecting a call.

Lock screen

To create a truly personal experience, One UI 5.0 brings the popular video wallpaper from Lockstar of Good. This feature will allow users to shorten a video and turn it into a moving memory right on the lock screen. Here, Samsung has adapted a lot from the model iOS 16 and the question is whether it is completely good. On the other hand Apple just animated wallpapers with iOS 16 canceled. If she does not reach his gracefulness and is rather heavy-handed, she will find it difficult to find favor.

It is then inevitable that our home screen is a bit cluttered. Samsung is trying to reduce this a bit by introducing widget sets. These allow you to drag and drop widgets on top of each other, along with the ability to scroll through them afterwards. There is also the inclusion of Smart Widget Designs. The company says the feature will learn about you through your habits and automatically suggest apps and actions to offer as closely as possible to your device usage.

Users can also extract text from images, allowing them to capture quickly informace from the surrounding world and save them as a note or share them straight away. Samsung has also redesigned the Connected Devices menu. Thanks to its new iteration, you'll have access to features like Quick Share, Smart View, and Samsung DeX. Users will also find a new Buds Auto-Switch menu here, allowing them to seamlessly switch between headphones Galaxy Buds2 Pro from one device to another.

Better security, more privacy

The update also brings a new security and privacy panel to make Samsung phone users feel a little more secure. You'll be able to quickly find out and understand the status of your device by viewing its entire security overview. The new operating system will also offer suggested security actions based on the phone's health. A notification on the sharing panel will then alert you if you're about to share a photo that may contain sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number, driver's license, social security card, or passport.

One UI 5.0 introduces the very limited Bixby Text Call function for us as well. This will give users the option to reply to a phone call with a message. Bixby converts the text into an audio message and then shares it directly with the caller. While this feature for Bixby is already live for users in Korea, the English version is planned to be released in 2023 via an additional update.

All in all, One UI 5.0 will be a big update that deserves some attention, because despite the Androidu 13 really a lot and they look just great. In addition, we will see it on the first devices relatively soon, because as Samsung stated, it should release One UI 5.0 before the end of October.
