One way to cancel Netflix is to cancel your account - or unsubscribe - in the web browser interface on your computer or mobile. In addition, this path is universal for everyone, regardless of the operating system they use on their devices. How to cancel Netflix?
- First, launch Netflix in your web browser interface. If you are not logged in to your account, please log in.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and then click on Account.
- Now the process will differ depending on whether you want to cancel or just change your subscription.
- If you only want to change the tariff, click Change subscription in the Your subscription section.
- Finally, all you have to do is select the desired tariff and confirm.
- If you want to cancel Netflix completely, instead of Change Subscription, click Cancel Membership a little higher in the Membership & Billing section. Finally, tap on Complete cancellation.
