As is known, Samsung has been involved in climate sustainability for a long time and is trying to adapt its business models to this. He even placed 6th (out of 50) in the prestigious ranking consulting firm BCG for this year. The Korean giant is also committed to collecting mobile phone waste and has now installed a collection box called the Eco Box in 34 countries around the world, including the US, Brazil and Spain.

In the future, Samsung wants to install Eco Box in all 180 countries of the world where it sells its products. Specifically, it wants to achieve this goal by 2030. Customers can use the Eco Box to conveniently dispose of their mobile phones through service centers and thus participate in the fight against climate change.

As Samsung's official blog notes, its service centers in countries like Germany and the UK provide "green deliveries" using bikes and electric vehicles to deliver repaired products to a customer-specified location. The Korean giant also has a one-stop TV repair service in 36 countries, reducing e-waste by keeping as many usable parts as possible during repairs.

This year, Samsung also introduced the use of a "paperless system" that reduces paper consumption and instead uses electronic document prints at service centers and environmentally friendly packaging for service materials shipped around the world.
