The mobile phone is no longer only used for communication in the form of phone calls or sending and receiving SMS. It is already much more - a camera, a camera, a recorder, a notepad, a calculator, a game console, etc. Because it also contains a lot of data, it is more painful for many of us to lose it than to lose the phone. This is also why it pays to back up your device regularly.

Time has advanced a lot and many applications are automatically backed up to their developer's cloud. We also have a number of cloud services that back up your data in a certain way, such as Google Drive and Photos, or OneDrive, Dropbox and others. If you don't want or can't back up your device with a cable to a computer, you can use cloud backup, which is offered by Samsung itself.

The advantage of a backup is that you don't lose your data, that is, it is replicated in multiple places and you can easily restore it in case of loss. At the same time, you can also access them on other devices - especially with regard to photos. Back up Galaxy device to the Samsung cloud, but you must have an account created with the company. If you don't know how to do it, you can find it here detailed instructions.

How to backup Samsung

  • Open it Settings.
  • At the very top, tap yours name (if you are logged in through a Samsung account).
  • choose Samsung Cloud.
  • Here you can see the synced apps, tap below Data backup.
  • Select the apps and options you want to back up.
  • Just select an option below Back up.

You will then see the progress of the backup, where you can stop it if necessary, or after running through the menu Done quit already. If you want to backup Home screen, i.e. its form and layout, you must also backup Application. And that's it, your device is backed up and you won't lose any data when restoring or transferring. So you will also see a list of recent calls or, of course, all messages, etc.
