Samsung's new mid-range Exynos 1330 and Exynos 1380 chips have appeared in the Bluetooth SIG database. One of them is likely to power the upcoming phone Galaxy A54 5G.

While we've heard about the Exynos 1380 chip several times in recent months, the Exynos 1330 seems to be new. According to Bluetooth SIG certification documents, both chipsets support the Bluetooth 5.3 standard. Both will be used in the smartphone series Galaxy A, M and F and tablets.

The Exynos 1380 could have at least two powerful Cortex-A processor cores and a Mali-series graphics chip (probably Mali-G615). A fully integrated 5G modem with support for 5G millimeter waves and the sub-6GHz band will probably also be added to the wine. Whereas the Galaxy A33 5G a A53 5G are using the Exynos 1280 chip, it is more than likely that the Exynos 1380 will power their successor, so Galaxy S34 5G and A54 5G.

The Exynos 1330 is a new chipset and it is not clear at the moment which processor it will replace. However, it is not excluded that Samsung could introduce it as a successor to the Exynos 850 or Exynos 880 chips. The next generation of Samsung's mid-range smartphones could bring better cameras and performance and longer battery life. Mentioned Galaxy A54 5G could be launched already the beginning next year.
