As you may recall, MediaTek introduced a new flagship chipset last week Dimensity 9200, which had previously scored extremely high in the AnTuTu benchmark score. Now it has been revealed that the first phones to be powered by it will be the two Vivo X90 series models. It will be released this month.

The Vivo X90 series will consist of the Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro+, with the Dimensity 9200 expected to use the first two. The top-of-the-line model will reportedly be powered by Qualcomm's upcoming top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which is likely to be used by Samsung's next flagship Galaxy S23.

In addition, the basic model should get 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128-512 GB of internal memory. It will be available in black, red and blue. The Pro model should be offered in memory configurations of 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB and 12/512 GB and in two color variants – red and black.

As for the Pro+ model, it will reportedly boast a giant 1-inch Sony IMX989 photo sensor and 120W fast charging. The series will be launched in China on November 22. It is not known at the moment whether Vivo plans to introduce it to international markets.
