Samsung launched its first smartphone of the year: Galaxy A14 5G. Among other things, it offers a large display, a new chipset and a 50 MPx main camera.

Galaxy The A14 5G features a 6,6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Samsung's new Exynos 1330 chip, which is paired with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of expandable internal memory.

The camera is triple with a resolution of 50, 2 and 2 MPx, with the second serving as a macro camera and the third as a depth sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 13 MPx. The equipment includes a fingerprint reader located on the side and a 3,5 mm jack. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports 15W "fast" charging. Software-wise, the phone is built on Androidu 13 and the One UI Core 5.0 superstructure. It won't get special treatment in terms of software support — it's entitled to two operating system upgrades and will receive security updates for four years.

Galaxy The A14 5G will be available in four colors: black, silver, dark red and light green. It will go on sale in all European markets from April, at a price starting at 229 euros (roughly CZK 5).
