Yesterday, i.e. Friday, January 13, the polling stations opened at 14 p.m., where we go to vote for one of the candidates for the future president of the Czech Republic. Round 1 ends today, Saturday, January 14th at 14pm, after which the counting will begin. Where to watch the presidential election online?

You can easily watch the results of the first round of the election of the head of state live directly on your device Galaxy and in devices with Androidum and also iPhoneCh. You don't need to open a website or an application to do this, you just need a widget. All you have to do is download the ČT24 application (version 5.3.0) and add the widget to your device's desktop.

If you do so now, the widget will of course still be empty, as the data will only start to be collected after the polling stations close, where the counting of the electoral commission members will only begin. They then upload the results to the server and personally hand over the physical materials to the appropriate district authorities. So it cannot be said that the data is displayed immediately after 14 p.m. However, the widget draws data from the Czech Statistical Office and will continuously display them until the total is complete.

In order for the widget to show you relevant data, it is also necessary to enable the application to send notifications. The update then takes place every 5 minutes. However, you can also follow the data directly in the ČT24 application. Of course, you can follow the presidential election online across the entire Internet and relevant news servers. After the first round has been counted, do not delete the application yet, because a very likely second round will take place on January 27-28, 2023, where there will be only two candidates with the most votes in the first round (if one does not exceed 50%).
