As you probably remember, less than six months ago Google released Android 13. It has now come to light that it has managed to spread to more than 5% of devices during this time.

Google used to inform developers every month about how many potential devices were running a particular version Androidu. It currently does so very irregularly, through the development environment Android Studio. The last time this happened was last August, just a few days before the release Androidin 13

According to the latest update Android Study now Android 13 running on 5,2% of devices. Android 12/12L is installed on 18,9% of devices, up 5,4 percentage points since the last update. It has the largest share Android R (ie Android 11) with 24,4 percent, on the contrary, the smallest Android 4.4 KitKat with 0,7 percent. It still holds a very respectable share – 13,2% Android 9 Foot.

So fast expansion Android13 was undoubtedly helped by the rapid rollout of updates from smartphone manufacturers such as Google, Samsung, OnePlus, Sony and others. We dare to say that the biggest contribution to this was made by the Korean giant, who Android 13 with superstructure One UI 5.0 managed to release the vast majority of supported devices in just two months (from October to December last year).
