Of course, you can photograph the moon with any phone, but the question is whether you will see something other than just a white dot in the result. Telephones Galaxy but the highest ranges offer 100x Space Zoom, with which you can view the surface of our only known natural satellite of the Earth in detail.

If you own any of the models in the range Galaxy S21, S22 or S23 with the Ultra moniker, just go to the app Camera, mode Photography and swipe left across the scale in portrait mode or down in landscape mode. The last value is just 100x zoom. Because of the extreme zoom, you can see a cut-out of the scene and what part you are occupying. You will certainly notice the effective stabilization, as can be seen for example in the sample below from MKBHD, who shared on Twitter what it looks like to photograph the moon with Samsung's current flagship, i.e. Galaxy S23 Ultra.

In the end, of course, all you have to do is press the trigger. We don't know why anyone would take pictures of the moon, and repeatedly, but it beautifully demonstrates what Space Zoom is capable of and how far it can actually see. If you want to know more precisely, know that the mean distance of the Moon from the Earth is 384 km. And that's quite a distance.
