New devices often have bugs that manufacturers don't notice before they go on the market. They will only become apparent when the new devices begin to be used en masse. One such flaw seems to be the phone's imperfect camera stabilization Galaxy S23Ultra.
Galaxy The S23 Ultra is supposed to have excellent video stabilization, and it does. But this error simply prevents the stabilization from working as the user expects. Videos shot by the top of the line model Galaxy S23 have according to SamMobile apparently worse stabilization, resulting in shaky shots.

This effect is said to be visible also when taking pictures, but it should not be so pronounced in portrait mode. Sometimes it is said to be quite the opposite and the stabilization seems to be fine when filming, but not when taking photos. Resetting the camera settings seems to fix the problem, but as soon as you close and re-open the camera app, "it" appears again.

Hi, with the s23 ultra it sometimes happens to me in the dark that it doesn't focus well on the object. Then it's impossible to take a picture.. as soon as I focus on something else everything works.. I have no idea what it could be.
It's true that there is an occasional glitch and jerk when moving sideways while shooting, but it's a huge improvement over the S22 Ultra and I'm glad I switched to the S23 Ultra.
