Galaxy The S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra are the most durable phones Samsung has ever released. They have protective glass Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back, with a durable aluminum frame Armor Aluminum or degree of protection IP68. The S23 Ultra also brings good news regarding repairability.

Dissection Galaxy The S23 Ultra, conducted by Zack Nelson of the well-known tech YouTube channel JerryRigEverything, shows that Samsung has made the process of repairing its latest flagship significantly easier, even for non-professionals. Smartphone manufacturers are known to use a lot of glue on their devices to hold everything in place. However, glue is bad for anyone repairing the phone as they have to use different tools to make sure nothing gets damaged during the repair. AT Galaxy S23 Ultra Samsung has simplified the repair process.

Now it's just a matter of removing the back glass, wireless charging coil, screws and flat cables to get to the 5mAh battery. Nelson noted that the battery Galaxy S23 Ultra can be removed even by amateurs. Removing the fourteen screws on the back gives you access to the wireless charging coil that Nelson almost damaged.

Removing the coil reveals a removable battery. Now anyone can easily change the battery without having to rely too much on precision tools or alcohol. This is a good step towards making phones easy to repair. Thumbs up to Samsung for that.
