Samsung has released a new update for the Samsung Health app, bringing it up to version 6.23.3.003. The update brings full support for the One UI 5.1 superstructure and the integration of the Natural Cycle algorithm, which the Korean giant announced last year month.

The changelog for Samsung Health in version 6.23.3.00 reveals that the diet and body composition sharing feature is now better thanks to One UI 5.1 superstructure support. However, the protocol does not state how specifically. The update also adds a sleep widget to the home screen, and the Measure feature covers body composition, heart rate, and more.

Another big change that the new update brings is that the Women's health section has been changed to Cycles tracking. Samsung announced the integration of the Natural Cycle algorithm in mid-February, and now it's the first time it's coming to a smartwatch.

The function of tracking menstrual cycles using the aforementioned algorithm has been approved by the Korean government agency Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea and is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration. However, it is only exclusive to the series Galaxy Watch5.
