A recently introduced mid-range phone Galaxy A54 5G it goes beyond its predecessors and brings features that were previously reserved for more expensive smartphones. In addition to the improved design and build quality, it also offers several camera and photo editing improvements that we never thought would make it to a mid-range phone. But Samsung has outdone itself again.

Galaxy The A54 5G offers the following improvements in camera and photo editing:

  • AI Image Enhancer: This feature makes photos look more vivid and less dull. Artificial intelligence improves their colors or contrast, among other things.
  • Auto Framing: This feature automatically adjusts the angle of view and allows the camera to zoom in on up to five people while recording video.
  • Auto Night Mode: Allows the camera app to measure the amount of light around objects and automatically switch to night mode.
  • Nightography: This AI-powered mode allows the camera to capture enough light to take brighter, more detailed photos in low-light conditions.
  • Improved optical image stabilization for photos and videos: Galaxy The A54 5G has a wider optical image stabilization angle for photos, improved from 0,95 to 1,5 degrees. Video stabilization has also been improved – it now has a frequency of 833 Hz, while it was 200 Hz for the predecessor.
  • No Shake Night mode: Enables the camera – thanks to improved optical image stabilization – to capture low-light photos with higher levels of detail, more light and less noise. Likewise, the phone promises stable video recording without subtle shakes and disturbing lighting effects.
  • Object Eraser: This feature of the Gallery app was introduced with the launch of the flagship series Galaxy S21 and now coming to Galaxy A54 5G. It allows users to instantly get rid of unwanted objects or people from photos with a simple tap on the screen.
  • Remastering photos and GIFs: This Gallery feature debuted in the series phones Galaxy S23 and now comes to Galaxy A54 5G. It allows you to remove unwanted shadows and reflections from photos, and from GIFs the noise that is usually associated with images of this format.
  • Precise Focusing: Galaxy The A54 5G uses All-pixel Autofocus instead of phase detection autofocus (PDAF), which is a variation on Dual Pixel PDAF technology. Since the phone can use all of its pixels for autofocus, it should be faster, more accurate and better in low-light conditions in practice.

These camera and photo editing enhancements aren't the only ones Galaxy A54 5G sets it apart from its competitors. The others are the glass back or the adaptive refresh rate of the display (although it only switches between 120 and 60 Hz).
