Samsung is likely to introduce two new smartwatches this year – Galaxy Watch6 to Galaxy Watch6 Classic. While not much is known about their new features, it is speculated that they will have thinner bezels and larger displays with higher resolution. According to the new leak, they will also get a more powerful processor.

According to a leaker going by the name on Twitter itnyang they get Galaxy Watch6 faster chipset. However, he didn't give any details, so we can only speculate if the chipset will have a more powerful processor unit, a graphics chip or be more energy efficient, or all at once. If however this is informace correct, Samsung could offer users of its next smartwatch a better and smoother experience.

The Korean giant usually uses a chipset made for its wearable devices for up to three years in a row. And since the launch of the Exynos W920 chip, which debuted in the series Galaxy Watch4, only two years have passed. The same chip also drives last year's series Galaxy Watch5. So it is not certain that Samsung will use a new chipset in this year's series just two years after the introduction of the Exynos W920. Informace so take the not-so-famous leaker with a grain of salt.

Galaxy Watch6 will have a slightly curved OLED screen, better, according to available leaks will last battery and newer system version Wear OS. The Classic model should also bring back the swivel lunette. In both, we can expect all the usual fitness and health tracking features, including training, sleep, stress, ECG measurement and body composition analysis.
