Samsung's next flagship series Galaxy S24 isn't expected to be released until early next year, but it's been leaked for a while now shards information. Now there's a new leak, specifically referring to the S24 Ultra, which says the Korean giant's next top-of-the-line "flagship" will have three rear cameras with variable aperture and continuous zoom.

According to a leak published in a post on the Chinese social network Weibo, it will Galaxy The S24 Ultra will apparently lack a telephoto lens with triple optical zoom, so it will only have three instead of four rear sensors. However, we shouldn't lose the zoom range, because Samsung's next highest flagship will reportedly boast a variable (continuous) zoom, which will apparently provide a periscopic telephoto lens. It is a question whether it will offer only fixed focal points, which can be manually selected, or whether it will really be a smooth zoom, which would of course be an absolutely great solution and a clear competitive advantage, since practically only Sony offers a similar solution.

The website also quotes a known leaker Revegnus, according to which the ultra-wide-angle sensor of the next Ultra will boast a variable aperture with an aperture between f/1.2-4.0. Otherwise, the phone should again have a 200MPx main camera, although it is said that it will not be the same sensor as in the case of the current Ultra (it specifically uses a sensor ISOCELL HP2). Galaxy The S24 Ultra should be introduced along with the S23 and S23+ models in a long time, probably in February next year.
