Late last year, Google announced several new ones functions for smartwatches running on the system Wear OS. These features included new tiles for favorite contacts or sunrise and sunset times. In addition, it also brought voice shortcuts for the popular Adidas Running fitness app via Google Assistant. They are now getting this feature on Wear OS based watch Galaxy Watch.

Watch users Galaxy Watch4 to Galaxy Watch5 can now use a voice command to ask Google Assistant to start a run in the Adidas Running app. Of course, they must have it installed on their watch and also be logged into an existing account.
