Over the past few weeks, a number of anecdotal reports have hit the airwaves suggesting that Samsung plans to bring Exynos chips back to its flagship smartphones. These informace recently alone after all confirmed. According to the leaks so far, there will be a number Galaxy The S24 use the Exynos 2400 chipset in several non-US regions. A well-known leaker has now published which ones they will be. And if he is right, he does not have good news for the Czech fans of the Korean giant.
According to the recently increasingly active leaker appearing on Twitter under the name Revegnus will Samsung series Galaxy S24 with Exynos 2400 chip to be offered in Europe and Southeast Asian countries. In the US market, it should then be available in a version with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Snapdragon chipsets are slightly better than those from the Samsung workshop in terms of energy efficiency and graphics chip performance, and fans of the Korean giant expect the same from the Exynos 2400.
Earlier leaks suggested that Samsung's next flagship chip will only come with a base model in some regions Galaxy S24, while the S24+ models and Galaxy The S24 Ultra would be sold with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This gave Samsung fans hope that they could get their hands on Galaxy S24 with Snapdragon if they go for higher variants of the series. According to Revegnus, this will not be the case, and the "plus" and top model will also be delivered in the above-mentioned regions Galaxy S24.
The new leak should be taken – like all leaks – with a grain of salt. On the other hand, it seems plausible, because Samsung has offered Exynos variants of its flagship smartphones in the mentioned parts of the world before (specifically until last year; the current "flagship" Galaxy The S23 is exclusively powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip for Galaxy). If they are Revegnus's informace right, Samsung fans in Europe and Southeast Asian countries can only pray that the Exynos 2400 chip is at least as good as its Qualcomm counterpart.
On the contrary, for me it is excellent news. I am extremely satisfied with the Exynos and I have not the slightest problem with anything. So what's next?
Congratulations, he's a happy person (probably the only one).
If you put an Exynos in there, I'll have it imported from America to have a Snapdragon
Then check with support to make sure there is no problem with networks etc.
