Samsung wants in headphones Galaxy Buds2 Pro improve the Ambient Sound function. Yesterday, as part of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, the Korean giant announced their plans for their next software update and shared details about what new features their users can expect.

First, Samsung adds two more sound level options to the Ambient Sound feature. The function that amplifies external sound using the microphones of the headphones will now have five levels (the previous ones are medium, high and extra high).

Samsung says it has evaluated the effectiveness of this feature through a clinical study conducted by the Hearing Aids and Aging Research Laboratory at the University of Iowa. The study is said to have revealed that Galaxy Buds2 Pro can significantly improve speech perception for users with mild to moderate hearing loss.

Next update for Galaxy In addition, the Buds2 Pro adds additional fine-tuning options to the feature. Specifically, the Ambient Sound setting will get sliders for each earpiece, allowing users to independently increase the volume of the feature. Samsung wants the next update for Galaxy Buds2 Pro to be released in the coming weeks. He added that its availability may vary by market, which could mean it may arrive later in some parts of the world than others.

The new Ambient Sound settings will be available through the Labs menu in the app, according to the Korean giant Galaxy Wearable. “Samsung will continue to work to help every user experience with their Galaxy Buds2 For the best possible sound anytime, anywhere.” said Han-gil Moon, head of the Advanced Audio Lab at Samsung's mobile division MX Business.
