Galaxy The S23 Ultra is currently Samsung's most powerful phone and one of its best androidof smartphones at all. A now well-known marketing-analytics company has published an analysis of the materials used to make it. If you thought that such a high-end phone must cost a fortune to produce, you'd be wrong.

According to her, the production of its current highest "flagship" costs Samsung $469 (roughly CZK 10). This price reflects the cost of raw materials and does not take into account operating costs and research and development costs. The last two expenses are understandably "diluted" by the large number of devices developed.
The biggest costs for the Korean giant are the chipset, display and photo assembly. Given the importance Samsung places on image quality, performance and camera capabilities, these items in the first place are entirely to be expected.

According to the analysis, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset forms for Galaxy (including its graphics chip and modem) roughly 35% of the total material costs. As for the display, it accounts for 18% of the cost, and cameras for 14%.

The basic version (with a memory configuration of 8/256 GB) will cost $1 (Samsung sells it here for CZK 199), which makes it one of the most expensive smartphones on the market. Despite the very high price, however, it is global bestseller. It follows from the above that Samsung is making a lot of money on its current flagship, when the cost of its production represents only 39% of the price it is sold for.
So if someone couldn't calculate it, the cost is 18k. Mods are so stupid that they can't even write the total amount.
