The August security patch fixes two critical bugs, 50 high-risk and one moderate-risk. It includes 5 fixes that were included in previous security updates.
In addition, the update fixes 19 SVE (Samsung Vulnerability Items) bugs. Fixed, among others, a bug in the WifiGeofenceManager service that allowed a local attacker to randomly access files, incorrect access control in the TelephonyUI feature that allowed a local attacker to connect to the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) interface without permission, a bug in the HDCP process that allowed local attackers allowed arbitrary code execution, or incorrect input validation in the AuthenticationConfig service that allowed a local attacker to escalate privileges.
