Here is a list of Samsung devices that received a software update during the week of August 14-18. Specifically, it is about Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy A52S, Galaxy A22, Galaxy A04S,  Galaxy From Fold4, Galaxy From Flip4, Galaxy From Fold5, Galaxy From Flip5, Galaxy Footnote10, Galaxy XCover6 Pro, Galaxy Xcover 5 a Galaxy Table S8.

On the phones Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy A52S, Galaxy A22, Galaxy A04S, Galaxy From Fold4, Galaxy From Flip4, Galaxy From Fold5, Galaxy From Flip5, Galaxy Footnote10, Galaxy XCover6 Pro and Galaxy Xcover 5 Samsung started to release the August security patch. The August security patch fixes two critical bugs, 50 high-risk and one moderate-risk. It includes 5 fixes that were included in previous security updates.

In addition, the update fixes 19 SVE (Samsung Vulnerability Items) bugs. Fixed, among others, a bug in the WifiGeofenceManager service that allowed a local attacker to randomly access files, incorrect access control in the TelephonyUI feature that allowed a local attacker to connect to the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) interface without permission, a bug in the HDCP process that allowed local attackers allowed arbitrary code execution, or incorrect input validation in the AuthenticationConfig service that allowed a local attacker to escalate privileges.

As for the tablet line Galaxy Tab S8, it started receiving the update with the One UI 5.1.1 superstructure. It carries the firmware version X706BXXU5BWH6 (Tab S8 model), X806BXXU5BWH6 (Tab S8+ model) a X906BXXU5BWH6 (Tab S8 Ultra model) and was the first to arrive in Europe. The Z Fold5.1.1 also receives the update with One UI 4 – it comes with a firmware version F936BXXU4DWH5 and was also the first to appear in Europe.
