Until the introduction of Samsung's next flagship series Galaxy S24 is apparently still a few months away, but we already know a lot about it, including chipsets or design. Now we have a new leak, again regarding the model Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to him, it will share one less essential design element with the phones of the series Galaxy S9, introduced in early 2018.

A new render has hit the airwaves Galaxy S24 Ultra, which suggests that the speaker grill will be shaped like a long rectangular strip and won't have the pill-shaped holes we can see on Samsung's current flagships. As long-time fans of the Korean giant will surely know, Samsung's first flagship phones with stereo speakers Galaxy The S9 and S9+ had a similar speaker hole design. However, this was not carried over to other flagships, including Galaxy Note 9, which was launched six months later, i.e. in September 2018.

If the latest leak is anything to go by, this speaker grille design could make a comeback with the next Ultra. It's a minor change that doesn't really affect the sound quality, but some people might not like it. However, the bottom of the phone is not something that users will look at often, so we don't think it will bother anyone after the first few days of using the device.

Galaxy Otherwise, according to available leaks, the S24 Ultra will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset (in all markets including ours), a 6,8-inch flat screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 2500 nits, a quad camera with a resolution of 200, 10, 48 and 12 MPx, a titanium frame and a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and support for 45W fast charging. Software-wise it should run on Androidu 14 and the One UI 6 superstructure. Together with the S24 and S24+ models, it will reportedly be introduced already in January (advice Galaxy S23 was launched this February).
