The tech world has already started talking about Samsung's next range of flagships, with sketchy leaks hinting at what we can expect from the company's upcoming smartphones. One of the latest rumors suggests that the standard model Galaxy The S25 will grow the display, just like it plans to do Apple for yours iPhone 16 Pro.

According to the details, it will be a standard model Galaxy The S25 is equipped with a slightly larger 6,36-inch OLED display, which therefore jumps in size from the current 6,2" in the model Galaxy S24. But even that one is bigger, like the current iPhones 15 and 15 Pro, when this year Samsung increased it by 0,1 square meters compared to the size of the display in Galaxy S23. Theoretically, we are expecting an increase next year as well.

Apple but will present the iPhone 16 already in September of this year, and because the series Galaxy With the S25 not coming until early 2025, it will look like Samsung is just catching up with its competition. It can be assumed that with a larger display, the body of the phone itself will grow, and thus also its battery. And of course, a larger battery will offer a greater experience of viewing content on the display. This will provide more space for multitasking, which means that users can have more applications open side by side, which in turn increases their productivity.

New design?

According to available information, it is also expected that the series Galaxy The S25 will come with significant changes in its overall design. This news could bring a certain wave of enthusiasm among users, since the current look has already been established by the model Galaxy S22 Ultra. But it is rather difficult to judge what design it will be. It is true that the model with the nickname Ultra is clearly different in appearance from the smaller models, but there is not much to think about.

If even the models Galaxy The S25 and S25+ adopted sharper cut edges, this could boost their sales as they would be closer to the most popular model in the range, the Ultra. But it could also mean that it would lose much of its exclusivity and become less interesting for a large number of customers, who would simply prefer less equipped models. And Samsung certainly doesn't want that, because it likes to brag about how its Ultra is selling. And rightly so, of course, because this is a really great high-end smartphone.
