One UI 6.0 update based on Androidu 14 se for smartphones and tablets Galaxy started dating almost six months ago. While this update seems to be rolling out to new markets and even more devices, we're more likely to wait until we get the One UI 6.1 build. Here Samsung presented along with the models Galaxy S24 and now they still have it Galaxy A35 and A55.
Vietnam Samsung now revealed, that line Galaxy The S23 won't get One UI 6.1 until March 28. We assume that this date is of course intended for the local market, so we can still wait a little earlier. Samsung itself he said, that he should put his new superstructure on the first models by the end of March. But the initial wave should only target the row Galaxy S23 (including S23 FE), Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5 and Galaxy Tab S9. These are also the models that will receive i Galaxy AI, others are unlucky in this regard so far, although One UI 6.1 will of course see a wide portfolio of models.
What to do before updating?
Regardless of whether your device gets the features Galaxy AI or not, it would be a good idea to make some preparations to make the update process as smooth as possible. The most important thing to do is to back up all the data to your Samsung or Google account or of course the microSD card if your device still has one (if not, you can back up the data to an external USB stick). You can also back everything up to your computer using the Samsung Smart Switch software.
The next step is to make sure your device is running the latest software/firmware currently available. While these updates don't always require your device to be running the most up-to-date operating system, it's a good idea to be prepared so you don't waste time afterwards and can upgrade as quickly as possible.
Other recommendations include freeing up storage space and updating any installed apps that offer you an update. Firstly, so that the update has enough space, and secondly, so that you don't have to deal with any errors in the titles you are using. Finally, of course, when you have an update available for your device, it is advisable to have a sufficiently charged phone or tablet. Installing updates requires the device to be Galaxy charged to at least 20%.
The last 3 monthly updates for S23 were always released on the same day for Vietnam and Europe. It is therefore very likely that we will also receive One Ui 6.1 in the Czech Republic on March 28.3.
I am personally interested in Thailand (for call recording). It also has the same schedule as Vietnam and EUX.

“The most important thing to do is backup all data to your Samsung or Google account…”. You're writing here as if it was really vital and it couldn't be updated without it. Which of course is stupid, we don't need anything at all.
I totally agree, the author of the article is acting as if this is the first update to come to Samsung phones…. My mobile phone and tablet are regularly backed up "by themselves" both to my Samsung account and to Google. I have it somehow set up, because I change my mobile phone and tablet quite often...
Maybe it would be worth at least reading the article after GhatGPT before publication.
