An astrophotography mode introduced for the first time in the series Galaxy S22, allows users to take long exposure pictures of the stars and the sky, and was generally expected to Galaxy S21 to Galaxy The S20 will appear with the One UI 5.1 update. This has not been confirmed, but at least for the newer series, the wait for all owners is finally over. Support for the feature is part of the latest update to the Expert RAW app on smartphones Galaxy S21s that have already received the April update. What can Astrofoto do?
Astrophotography mode uses long exposures (between four and ten minutes) to take photos of the night sky, stars and constellations. It also shows the position of the constellations so you know where to point the camera. Galaxy z Fold seems like an ideal solution for astrophotography, because it doesn't need a tripod, it just needs to be opened ideally. But before you get too excited, it should be noted that the quality of the results depends a lot on how clear the sky itself is.
