About the fact that the production of the new Samsung Galaxy The S9 is slowly getting off the ground, we have already informed you several times in the past weeks. Although we do not yet know exactly what technology the new product from the South Koreans will bring, some leaks indicate some really interesting pieces. For example, the latest reports claim that we can look forward to a camera sensor that will be able to take a thousand pictures per second.

Although it may seem unbelievable at first, it is true. The sensor with a frequency of 1000 fps should start production already in November, so it should not be with its placement in Galaxy S9, which should see the light of day already in January, no problem.

Similar sensors already exist in the world

With its sensor, Samsung will mainly want to compete with Sony, which produced a similar technology some time ago and implemented it in the Xperia XZ1 model. It is very popular precisely because of the perfect slow-motion shots, with which it stands out thanks to the high frame rate. However, since Sony has a patent for this technology, Samsung will have to go a different route and reinvent its lens from scratch.

Concept Galaxy S9:

Let's hope that this innovation will actually appear in the new S9. It would fit perfectly with the Infinity display, new processor, dual camera and fingerprint sensor in the display. In addition, if Samsung wants to compete with the iPhone X with its S9, as has been hotly speculated in recent weeks, it will definitely have to spruce up its phone, and such an interesting sensor is one of the ways. However, let's be surprised by what Samsung has in store for us in January.
