Portal resources Korea Herald revealed that South Korean engineers are inching closer to completing a special AI chip, a kind of artificial intelligence brain that will allow the phone to handle far more operations based on artificial intelligence in a fraction of the time. Samsung will thus join the rival Huawei. Its Kirin 970 chip uses a special unit for artificial intelligence in flagships.
