Smart watches from the South Korean giant improve communication between guests and employees in hotels, and as a result, workers are able to quickly and efficiently satisfy the requests of visitors.

As soon as a guest makes a request, employees in the appropriate department will have their smartwatches vibrate. Subsequently, one of the employees accepts the task with a simple tap on the watch screen, and his co-workers receive a notification that someone else will take care of the task. At the same time, the managers themselves are also informed about everything. The system allows managers to track tasks in real time, so they have an overview of whether guests' requests are being met quickly and well. In the service industry, timely resolution of the request is very important, because the sooner the customer's need is satisfied, the better the customer perceives you. It works the same way in hotels.

Digital management using the Gear S3 should be the first hotel to try Viceroy L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills. The solution will see the light of day at the HITEC 2018 conference, which will be held this week in Houston, Texas.
