This week, Samsung published an interesting infographic on its official website with an overview of the development of its foldable smartphones. The South Korean giant has made no secret of the fact that it has big plans for this type of smartphone, and that it would like to make foldable smartphones available to as wide a user base as possible.

The infographic clearly compares Samsung models Galaxy Fold, Samsung Galaxy From Flip 5G and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. The first-named model comes from 2019, a year later Samsung has already expanded its portfolio of folding smartphones by Galaxy From Flip a Galaxy Z Fold 2. While both versions of Samsung Galaxy Folds are similar in design, Galaxy The Z Flip has a different way of opening and is significantly smaller when folded.

Top display models Galaxy Fold a Galaxy Fold 2 are compared to the top display Galaxy Z Flip is larger - their diagonals are 4,6 inches (Galaxy Fold) and 6,2 inches (Galaxy Fold 2). Samsung Galaxy The Z Flip is equipped with a small 1,1-inch display on the top. Unlike both generations Galaxy The Fold also lacks a top camera – it only has a front and rear camera.

Samsung can boast of the battery with the largest capacity – 4500 mAh Galaxy Fold 2nd generation, on the other hand, is equipped with a battery with the smallest capacity (3300 mAh).
