While other manufacturers are preparing for the Christmas holidays, Samsung is intensively testing next year's products, which of course already include computers, smartphones and tablets. And the new mystery tablet is something the company sent to India late last week for testing purposes. The company was apparently supposed to send a shipment containing 15 units of the SM-T331 tablet to Bengaluru, which may mean that Samsung is already starting to test these days Galaxy Tab 4.

That it is most likely about Galaxy Tab 4 and not the planned Lite version Galaxy Tab 3 confirms above all the high price of the product. According to Samsung, the current prototypes should be worth 33 rupees, which is about €884. At this price, it is unlikely that this would be a cheaper model of an existing device, and rather we believe that these are prototypes of next year's Galaxy Tab, which could bring a 64-bit processor and thus be able to compete with the iPad Air from Apple, which is practically in first place in benchmarks today.

In the case of this tablet, it is speculated that Galaxy The Tab 4 will offer a Super AMOLED display with a surprisingly high resolution, and we may see a powerful processor with 4 or 8 cores. The high performance should also be matched by the RAM memory, which could be at the level of 3 or 4 GB. Despite the intriguing information regarding the hardware, it should be noted that nothing is still black and white and in the future the product may look completely different from what we imagined. It is also not excluded that we will encounter two or more size versions, similar to what is the case today with Galaxy Tab 3. It is available in 10.1-, 8- and 7-inch versions. At the beginning of next year, we should also expect a variant Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, which should be the company's cheapest tablet, with a price of up to 150 euros.
