As is known, since last year, Samsung has not included chargers with its flagships and now also with lower-class phones. He cites the effort to save the environment more as a reason. However, this decision, to put it mildly, was not met with much understanding by many fans of the Korean giant. In Brazil, they went even further and are preparing legal action in this direction.

According to Brazil's Ministry of Justice, the government's consumer protection section is taking legal action that could result in a lawsuit against Samsung. Called Procony and operating at the state level, these departments are now expected to present their case and offer solutions before reaching a final decision on whether to impose sanctions on the company.

It is worth noting that Samsung bundles a (15W) charger with the popular mid-range phone in the country Galaxy A53 5G, which is not common in other markets. Those interested in the flagship are not so lucky.
I gave the Samsung a52s to claim for a screen replacement and it came back without a charger, then it came non-functional and only on po3 it came black instead of white but functional 😃

Not including a charger is a waste of money on the part of the manufacturers, and they only make excuses for green brains (dumb). For example, I change my phone after about four years, and even if the original one is usually still functional, I pass it on to my descendants along with the device - even if not, it always has less power than what is currently needed for the new device. And since I also take care of the company's mobile phone fleet, I can say that I always only buy chargers because they simply go away here and there. I don't have to explain to anyone that the majority of green brains are one moron next to another, who go where the wind blows and act only according to what suits them. In this case, it's just about someone trying to save costs, but not the environment in any case.
Well, the company has to justify it somehow. No charger = smaller packaging = more products on the pallet -> less cars/planes/ships to transport. But no one mentions the fact that they have to put each charger in its own packaging and ship it with them as well.
