At this year's fair, Samsung should present what it considers to be the future. These days, Samsung is already working on foldable displays that could be used, for example, in a hybrid tablet-phone. Already last year, Samsung presented this vision in a video and announced that these displays will become a reality in the next few years. Despite the fact that Samsung already has functional prototypes available today, it seems that it should only present them to selected guests.

Currently, the display is in the early stages of development and can only be bent up to 90 degrees. Even though this is the first phase, Samsung could already use such a display as a laptop replacement. When bent to such an angle, part of the display would turn into a keyboard and the other part would serve as a touch screen. In the future, displays should be able to bend even more, thanks to which Samsung could create, for example, a fully flexible smart bracelet with a touch screen. The company should start producing its flexible displays as early as 2015, when they could reach the first device. It is not even excluded that Samsung will use the technology u Galaxy Footnote 5.
