A long-standing dispute between the companies Apple and Samsung is definitely over. Even though the companies were interested in an out-of-court settlement, they could not agree on the terms and therefore the court had to make the final verdict. That's exactly what happened, and according to the verdict, Samsung is obliged to pay the company Apple compensation in the amount of 930 million US dollars. The amount of compensation is somewhat lower than the original statement from last year, when the verdict was that Samsung should pay $1,05 billion.

However, what did not go as planned for Apple was the ban on the sale of some Samsung devices in the US. The court rejected this request, so Samsung can continue to sell devices that allegedly infringed the company's patent Apple. These devices also included Galaxy With III a Galaxy Notes.
