Samsung today started selling a refurbished version of its Galaxy S III mini. The new phone added the designation "Value Edition" (GT-I8200) to its name, but this does not mean that it is a low-cost version of the phone. In fact, the performance of the processor, which now has a frequency of 1,2 GHz, has increased. The original version had a dual-core processor with a frequency of 1 GHz. The phone is to be sold in European countries. However, the phone is only available in an 8GB version, so a memory card is practically a must.
