At least that's what Twitter user David Nouy says, who, as evidenced by the photo, got a notification about the planned end of this application, which is supposed to happen on December 31 this year.
It is not yet entirely certain how exactly the service is supposed to be WatchON cancelled, according to available information, previously purchased content will continue to be available to users. Quite possibly it will WatchON replaced by the newer Smart Remote, which we could already meet on Galaxy Note 4, in any case, it can be seen that the company wants to continue canceling non-profitable services, the definitive end also applies to the ChatON application, for example.
