Samsung logoPrague, February 3, 2015 – Samsung launched a unique service in cooperation with selected electronics stores in Prague, Brno and Ostrava Samsung Go. This significantly shortens the time of warranty and post-warranty service phones and tablets brand Samsung. Thanks to fast shipping to service center and customers get theirs back at the store device repaired within 36 hours*, instead of a maximum of 30 days. At the same time, the daily collection of mobile devices by the Samsung Go car makes Samsung authorized service available to more customers.

“This service brings a whole new level of speed and customer care to mobile device servicing. With Samsung Go, we expect a further shift in customer satisfaction, which is a key issue for us.” says David Mrzena, director of the customer and service department of Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak.

How does the service work?

Customers of selected electronics stores in Prague, Brno and Ostrava they no longer have to wait tens of days for a mobile device to be repaired when, for example, their display breaks. The customer simply arrives at one of the stores of the chain where he bought the phone or tablet, and the employees handle the complaint or device repair. On the same day, a specially modified Samsung Go car will arrive at the store to take the damaged devices to an authorized Samsung service center. The Samsung Go car then returns the repaired phone or tablet back to the store. All this within 36 hours*.

In addition to Samsung branded stores, the Samsung Go service includes electronics chains Electro World, Euronics, Datart and Comfor.
